Are these specs Good?

Hey guys I want to be able to run two monitors, play Minecraft on max settings, Stream To Twitch On OBS and Record With an elgato HD 60 capture card,

Will this be good? Note this is my first computer I will ever build and Don't know much if anything about them,

The build itself is good, but a bit unoptimized.

1st, you don't need 32GB of RAM for streaming. 16GB is plenty. Go buy yourself a gtx 970 with the extra $100.

Do you need 4TB of storage? A 250GB SSD and a 2TB HDD would be good.

hmm ram dims from 2 diferent manifacturers on diferent speeds ...i wont recomend that ...and that HDD isnt good for gaming get 7200RPM one or SSD
i would rather take i5 and 970 then i7 and 960 also ....

I would hope he's listing 2 different RAM kits thinking of choosing between them.

4TB for streaming/recording? Probably not overkill, you can easily record 100GB/Day and if you don't feel like cutting together photage immediately (say you want to make some montages) you're probably going to need to keep a few folders of video on hand.

Yeah I saw the two different RAM types, but for now I just need to know why he even needs 32GB of RAM before addressing that issue.

Really? 4TB is HUGE!!! I'm not a streamer so I didn't know that 4TB is needed.
