Are these specs good?

Any suggestions? Will it run AAA games on 1080p/60fps? Also, should I get the 4460, 4590, or 4690? I'm not sure if the $10-$20 price diff is worth it.

Looks like a solid build. If it's $10 more, go for the 4590. If it's more than that, stick with the 4460.

You should be able to run most games near or close to 60 FPS in high/ultra settings on the 970. I've had some recently I've had to back down slightly.
