Are these temperatures bad for an I7 4790k?

So I recently switch from an H110i gt to a Cryorig r1 ultimate. It seems as though temps are a bit higher than previously. Before gaming would barely hit the mid 50s with an OC of 4.4ghz at 1.175v, now games are running at high 50s and mid 60s. I was wondering if this is alright temps for gaming. I think this is partly due to poor airflow of the h440 and the 75c on the MSI Gtx 970 but still there is quite a jump.

Temps are fine as the CPU is just at the tip of being warm. Long as CPU is below 73c not really even hot.

4.4Ghz on the 4790K is it's stock turbo clock. You will gain nothing from overclocking to that.

As for temperatures, you might check your thermal paste, maybe applied too much or not enough. I have a i7 4790k overclocked to 4.7Ghz 1.3v with a liquid cooler Corsair H115i. My temp doesn't go above 60 when playing games like GTA 5 and Battlefield 1.

That is incorrect as there is a break even point well below the turbo. Depends on how much time the CPU stays at turbo. Anything above the average clock rate is going to be faster. Also you have to count if turbo only includes a few cores and not all. Overclock is all cores and at turbo is like sticking the turbo full time which Intel doesn't allow.

In the old days there was motherboard bugs one could use to stick a CPU to boost clock all the time.
