Are these temperatures considered normal at idle?

So I've reassembled my PC and applied Arctic Cool MX - 4 and it yielded these figures. First trial on applying gave me temps of 60 degrees on idle, I reapplied again carefully following steps as I go and now I have these. Am I doing something wrong?

60ºC would be very hoghw for idle.
Those are very good! What is your ambient temp?
