It is relatively well ventilated in here- but this is a prebuilt, so please point out anything concerning you may see.

So basically when I run games that are not even that intensive (like Rocket League) I will periodically check the AMD overlay to see my GPU temp. It easily will reach 70 C in something like Rocket League. It will generally stay in the 70-75 C range. So far in Rocket League/Fortnite, it averages around there. On menus and non-intensive events, its usually the late 60s.

I've yet to see it go to 80 C - but this is a brand new PC. With the current temps I have, there's only a matter of time before it settles in the 80s I feel.

If you look at my ram - I previously installed the 16 GB dual channel. I took out the initial 8GB stick and just put in a set of 2x 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz Corsair LPX Vengeance sticks instead. I was going to go into bios and select the correct profile to get DDR 1600 MHz, but with these high temps I'm refraining from doing that. Even the littlest amount of extra power worries me. Right now you can see my RAM is set at 1497 MHz - slightly below advertised.

I am not savvy with modifying computers - so setting a fan curve also I am not comfortable with.

Anyways - with all my specs/conditions considered- would you say these temps are normal? I mean I'm so used of having my GTX 750 Ti not going above 55 C on full load... Oh and lastly - is it normal to see my GPU usage spike to 100% constantly from like 0 or 10% back and forth in AMD overlay? I assume this is normal, but even in low intensive situations it fluctuates like that.

Thanks.

Temps are fine and getting RAM up to specs is not going to heat it up.
