Are these temperatures OK?

I've upgraded to Core 2 Quad Q6600. I use Core Temp to watch the temperatures. They are around 35-40 C during normal use. I use Prime 95 for benchmarks and the temperatures reach 60 C when under full load. The highest I got during a benchmark was 62 C.
Are these temperatures normal or did I put a little too much thermal paste?

Your chip has the G0 stepping so the second temp from Ark will be the one you want to pay most attention to as a max guideline:

TCASE B3=62.2°C; G0=71°C
