Are these temps normal for i5 7600k??

Hi guys! I have recently purchased an i5 7600k, as well as a dual fan tx3 and am getting some scary looking temps. My idle runs around 35 degrees, and while I'm playing games like CSGO I'm getting around 54-61 degrees. Also when I switch through tabs in chrome, I get around 40 degrees. Are these normal? Are these too high? Should I be concerned and buy a new cooler immediately? Thanks! Any Response is appreciated!

Those are normal temps.

The highest you would want to see is around 80C, but you are nowhere near that.
