Yup pretty good. A touch high. You should probably leave it there and not OC anymore or you'll start hitting danger zones.

I suggest you get a better cooler, Nocuta NH-D15 is a good air cooler.

Those temps are fine. The 212 evo is fine unless you really want to push the clocks, your temps are well within safe limits especially for a stress test, temps wont get that high gaming. You could probably get a bit more out of that cpu if you want.

Unnecessary if you ask me, your temps are fine. I would rather have a good air cooler like the NH-D15 over many of those AIO liquid coolers like the H100i.

It's better to have a good air cooler, over a good liquid cooler, because the worst thing that could happen is the fan not working.
A liquid cooler can leak, and damage/fry your PC.
