[SOLVED] Are these voltage readings normal?

I have a ryzen 5 1600 with 16gb ram. Recently my computer has been acting sub-normal and really laggy when it comes to the things that my pc usually runs smoothly. While only on my browser, my ram is on 50% (task manager), and my cpu is on around 20-30% but spikes up to 60-100% when I do any little thing. I have tried disabling backround applications, deleting what I can and yet nothing seems to work. If someone could help that would be great. Here are my voltages.



CPU VDD - 0.813 V

VID #0 - 1.087 V

VID #1 - 1.081 V

VID #2 - 1.087 V

VID #3 - 1.100 V

VID #4 - 1.094 V

VID #5 - 1.087 V

Have you Undervolted the chip? If not then you might have to update your Chipset Drivers and Mobo bios. I think recently a BIOS and Chipset update was released recently.

If you've messed with the UEFI settings or you don't know, I would start by setting the configuration back to its defaults first.
