Are these voltages normal?

Computer is not overclocked and is basically idle with only google chrome open.
Motherboard model is MSI z370 A-pro.
I am asking because whenever i touch a metal screw on my desktop while barefooted on the ground i get a moderate electric shock so i am wondering if this will have any effect on my components

It sounds to me like you have an unreliable electrical safety ground. I can't see how that would affect system voltages inside the computer but you should definitely have a qualified electrician look at your house wiring before someone is electrocuted.
