I have a seasonic s12 520 and i see in bios that i have 12.384v on 12v rail, 5.080v on 5v rail and 3.392v on 3.3v rail.
My question is: are these voltages ok for this psu?

Solution
Well within tolerances. Under load you may see it sag, but it shouldn't go below the spec.

ATX standard:
12V: 11.4 - 12.6v
5V: 4.75 - 5.25v
3.3V: 3.135 - 3.465v

-5V: 4.5 - 5.5v, likely not on any recent power supplies(ISA BUS).
-12: 10.8 - 13.2v, not really used by recent computers, but still in the standard (RS-232 Serial Ports).
