Question are these voltages ok?

my pcs been shutting off randomly while playing games or leaving it on for hours,my temps are fine but it i recently read something abt overvoltage making pcs to hot and killing motherboards and i think these voltages look wrong (sorry i aint good with voltages and stuff)

using aida64
+3.3 V-4.910 V
+5 V-7.110 V
+12 V(idk trial version)

Perhaps your power supply is overheating, causing it's over temperature protection to shut down your computer.
Make sure the fan is spinning and there's nothing blocking the intake.

Intel's power supply design guide specifies +-5% on those voltage rails are allowed. Eg. 11.4 - 12.6v on the 12v rail. Anything outside those ranges can harm your PC.

What Aida64 and every other software reads in terms of PSU voltages is useless. They are not at all accurate.
The only way to reliably test your PSU voltages is by using a multimeter.

Out of curiousity, what PSU do you have?
