[SOLVED] Are these wires touching heatsinks OK?

Hi, I had a computer built by a reputable shop. When it arrived I noticed that they routed the CPU cooler wires between a heatsink and a RAM module (where it's quite snug) and then around where it touches some heat tubes/conductors. Is this going to cause some problem or it's nothing to worry about?

Perfectly fine. Actually some solid cable management.
