Does Micron 4gb 1Rx16 PC4-2400T-SCA-11 and Kingston 4gb 1Rx16 PC4-2400T-SC0-11 have the same specs? What does SCA and SC0 stand for? Can I install them to make a dual channel? This is for my laptop by the way. Thanks in advance

The two modules might have the same specifications, or they might not have the same specifications. It depends on the exact model/part number.

SCA and SC0 mean the version of design used for the SODIMM modules. In this case there is a slight difference in design of the respective modules.

These two modules might work together compatibly and in dual channel mode, or again they might not work together compatibly. This is dependent on the actual characteristics of each of the modules (beyond voltage, frequency and timings).

It should be noted that even if trying to use two individual modules with the exact same make and specifications, there is no guarantee of inter-module compatibility.

It may require trying several other modules until a compatible combination is found.

Usually if wanting two memory modules to be used in dual channel mode, a dual channel kit should be used as the two modules within the kit are guaranteed to be compatible with each other. This could save time and money in the end compared to trying to match individual modules (not from the same dual channel kit).
