Are this equipment worthy of running gta 5 in very high:
1.i7 2600
2.GTX 1050ti 4gb
3.16Gb ram

nope....CPU & RAM are good but GPU will be the limiting factor here....this gpu is meant to play all current games at 60fps at medium details at 1080p(high in some games).

The "very high" preset (assuming 1080p) should be achievable with ~40FPS on average..... with a couple of tweaks (shaders, shadows etc on "High" opposed to V. High) should put you more in the 50FPS range.

G4560 vs your 2600, but your CPU is still pretty strong.

thanks so if i went to the 1070 ti would i be able to play it in very high?
