i'm getting this memory and core clock speeds all the time while idle and browsing the web and gaming on the rtx 2060 super and maybe it's stack there is it normal ?
note : installed nice hash and i mined with it for 4 hours then i deleted it so i can't tell if the problem started it after i delete it or not because i never bothered to check the speeds before only after i uninstall to check for like trojans and virus
specs : rtx 2060 super
i7 9700k not overclocked
16 gb ddr4 ram 2666mhz
1tb hdd and 500 gb ssd

Solution
Yes those are normal BASE clocks. The Core clock runs at 1470MHz when idle and the Memory clock always runs at its base speed unless overclocked. The 2060 Uses GDDR6 VRAM with memory clocks at stock 7000MHz. There is nothing wrong here.
