Yes it is. Just make sure to update your system BIOS, if need be, and get a compatible PSU for this GPU as well.

Same in what respect, compatibility with this motherboard ? Yes, you can use any video card on this system. What about your Power supply unit Model ?

I think that Corsair CX550 will do the job

Yeah, that PSU should be okay for your rig. It's not the very best from Corsair, but it's not THAT bad either.

BTW, what are the rest of your PC specs ? Which CPU do you currently have ? List the model number.

Okay. That's n entry-level dual core CPU. You might be needing an upgrade, should you plan to buy the RX 580 or any other video card, to avoid bottleneck as well.

But the term "bottleneck" is subjective, and it depends on other factors as well (game being played, screen resolution etc.), but that i3 is not a very powerful CPU.
