Are this temps ok for an i7 7700T?

Guys i need a little bit of feedback on this, i never owned an i7 before and bought this cheap on ebay...
I'm using an intel cooler TS15A , but temp are way higher compared to an i5 6500 that i used to have.
Gaming almost reaches 60°C when the games are really cpu intensive, like Fallout 4 but performance is super smooth, much better than back with the i5.
Idle is about 28 to 35°C that should be normal.
The cpu cooler is installed correctly and is brand new with the termal paste pre-applied that is being used.
Are those themps normal? I also have 3 Fans Intake and 3 fans Outtake.
I'm worried only because on intel website it says that Tjunction is 80°C , and we're just approaching winter here , what if it was in August? Turning off all the time?

Solution
The title is a bit unmatching.
I do not own a 7700T, but you should be fine. 60°C is not hot, and Tjunction is not the shutdown/throttle point. If you want the throttling/shutdown temp, se TJ Max.

Package temperature of 80C is not the same as junction temperature of 80C. The temperatures on Intel websites are pretty much all package temperatures. Junction temperature will be in the thermal design solution specs or some other more in-depth document.

The thermal trip (shutdown) temperature of Intel CPUs is around 100C, give or take a few degrees depending on the generation and process. Junction temperatures below 80C under load are a non-issue unless you are attempting to reach higher overclocks.

My i5-3470 ran at ~70C under full load using the stock HSF, now runs 65-70C using a fan-less 212+ HSF.

Thank you for the reply, i've fixed the thread title now.
Tjunction it's the maximum temp allowed on the cpu die, that's what intel says but i don't know exactly what it means ::pfff:

Thank you for the reply, i have the i7 manual here but it says nothing about temps...
My cooler is not a stock one, is the intel cooler shipped for K cpus that you can buy online.

Hi i think i found out the reason for those temperatures , i had enabled the XMP in the BIOS and the result was that the CPU kept on running without any TDP restrictions (At least that's what intel xtreme tuning said), so i managed to undervolt the cpu to a -0.100mV and raise the TDP boost power max to 60w and short power max to 65w (Because without the XMP i usually get a LOT of TDP PACKAGE Throttle down to 2.5ghz , and 60w is the minimum to avoid this problem) , and in the end managed to get the CPU down to 62°C in extremes stress tests (But cooler gets still noisy) and around 52°C during normal video editing or heavy gaming.
My only question is about this intel software , do you know if undervolting T series cpu or raising TDP boost is safe?
I can't do this via BIOS because my motherboard is a B150 and doesn't allow that kind of tweaking.
