1. ATX 600W Chieftec (CTG-600-80P)
2. Intel Core i3 4150 BOX
3. Crucial DDR3 4GB 1600MHz CL11 CT51264BA160B
4. VTX3D Radeon R9 280X Boost Edition, 3072 MB DDR5, mDP (VXR9 280X 3GBD5-2DHEV2)
5. ASUS B85M-K, LGA1150, IB85

Are those components good for gaming?

Solution
1. No get a different CPU http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html tier list or any XFX/Seasonic at least 500W
2. It's going to bottleneck a bit (Would suggest you to switch to AMD CPU instead like the 6300)
3. 4GB is a bit low for this gen's games I would add another 4GB in the future
4. Visiontek is not really a good company so maybe switch to Sapphire/MSI/Gigabyte/Asus instead
5. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131986 mixed reviews about the motherboard I guess it's alright but probably not good for overclocking

Overall I suggest you to switch around the stuff to balance out your parts like XFX/Seasonic 550W PSU, AMD 6300FX, 8GB RAM, R9 280 (better brand)
