Are those readings normal for my CPU?

I've been dealing with BSODs for a long time and I am inclined to think my CPU is damaged, but that's besides this thread. I want to know whether there is something invalid in those readings I get:

I suspect the temperature reading is wrong, as core1 and core2 temps are low, but the overall CPU temp is at it's 60's.

What I am worried about is the DRAM:FSB ratio. It doesn't seem to be normal, but I am a noob in PC hardware, so I can't tell that well.

Can any of this cause problems/BSODs or slow performance? I'd appreciate if anyone helped me with this. Thank you.

I already did that about 7 times this month with different methods of applying thermal paste. The thermal paste I used is almost identical to Arctic x-4 in benchmarks (differences do not exceed 1.5 deg of C). My heatsink is not really hot either. I can keep my hand on it and barely feel any significant heat. This is why I think this temperature reading is a mistake.
