This is what I have and I am building a PC. Gigabyte Aorus X570 master, Ryzen ( 3900X, 64GB ram, Deep Cool Assassin III cooler. have not gotten M.2's yet, or graphic card. Also ThermalTake Core X71 full tower case are two small graphics cards better than one large one

Combining GPUs in xfire or SLI is a dead concept.
Buy one good one.

No, far worse.

Definitely not. Very few games support it and even those that do, very few of them utilize both GPUs very well. In most cases you won't get much better performance than one of the two GPUs can provide on their own.
