[SOLVED] Are USB sound Card OK?

My old restored PC integrated Sound Card suddenly stop working I already tried to update the driver and even format my PC still not working I have 1 slot of PCIE but I will use it for Sata Controller so that it can support Sata 3.0 for my SSD so my only option is either to spend money for repair service of my integrated sound card which is not my choice or Spend a cheap USB Sound Card since I am only using this for browsing, movies and slight games just for fun. So is USB Sound Card fine or Worth it?

Kinston DDR3 PC-1333 2x4Gb
WD Green 240gb SSD
Asus HD6770 GDDR5 1Gb
