Are used gaming pc worth buying? This is what I found. Help me

So I am looking for a new pc and I looked into the used department a lot to compare prices but it just sounds good. What can go wrong with a used pc and What to look for in buying a used pc.

GeForce GTX 1070
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz
2 x HyperX 8GB 2400MHz DDR4 CL15 DIMM Black Memory (16gb)
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit

Please help me

1 - power supply, the biggest issue is sub par units in premade setups

2 - legal windows version, make sure the installed windows is a legal copy

3 - make sure the price is not a ripoff for the specs you are getting

4 - run benchmarks like 3dmark, valley, or superposition
does it overheat/crash? are the scores in line with the specs?
