Are windows me & vista compatible

im bying a brand new computer with windows xp home and i want to upgrade to windows xp pro and then upgrade again to
windows me and then add windows vista is this possible if so how much hard drive space do i need

No, you can't upgrade XP to Me. Who is selling you a brand new computer with XP and why would you want to do that?

If you are going to go to Vista, stick with XP. If you are going to install anything else, get Windows 7, but check to make sure the hardware will run Windows 7, has enough RAM, drive space, drivers for the compnents and such.
