Are x399 motherboards the same size as x370 ones?

If you get an atx X399 board then it will be the same size as a X370 atx board. Atx, m-atx, itx,... are standards (boards can be a bit smaller but cannot be larger than the max size of the sizestandard they are in). So as long as you get a atx X399 it will fit in a case that can hold atx boards.
