Are xfx a good brand?

Im planning on buying a used XFX HD 6950. Here is the seller's description of the product :

For Sale the XFX Redeon HD 6950 1GB, this graphics card is only 2 months old and is in almost brand new condition, it comes with original retail box, Driver CD, Driver installation guide, quick install guide, XFX door hanger, Cross Fire connector (Never Opened) and of course the Radeon HD 6950 graphics card.

My question is : Would there be warranty for the graphics card and should I take the risk and go for it?

it is a good brand and would have at least 2 years warranty but that might only be for the original purchaser with the receipt

Yeah, definitely make sure he didn't void the warranty first by fiddling with it or whatever conditions that may apply.

The brand is excellent in others and my experiences with them.
