Area x51-r2 new case/PS

I would like to purchase a new case and power supply for an area x51-r2. I was looking at the Thermaltake CORE V21 Black Extreme Micro ATX Cube and EVGA 500 power supply. How do I know where to connect all of the cables from the case to the motherboard ? Power supply is pretty straightforward but the case I'm a little concerned about. Not sure where the power button cable would plug in to motherboard for example. The x51-r2 case is overheating.

I/O cables are fairly standardized

That would be the standard layout.

They state the power switch to be required in one spot......which goes against the standard.....so I'm not able to give you a definitive answer.
