ARG! CRASH!

Ok, this one has bugged me for a long time..
My computer freezes when i am playing Half-Life Counter Strike, Quake 3 or Soldier of Fortune, i press ctrl+alt+del and the mouse appears, but i have to reboot manually..
My comp:

Duron 800 @ 900
Kt7-Raid (latest bios)
Sblive value
Prophet II Gts 64MB (geforce2) (no overclock)
2 Realtek PCI Fast Adapters
IBM DeskStar 30GB HD (Raid)
LG CD-RW and an Assus CD
and of course: win2k service pack2

Things i have tried:
Lots of display drivers (nvidia drivers)
Via 4in1 latest version
686B Bug Fix
without overclock (@ 800)
Burnintest doesn`t crash
ACPI off... normal IRQ settings (i had 7 devices sharing IRQ 7)
Changed some bios options
cant remember anything else..

Can anyone help me plz, suggest anything etc?..

How much ram do you have? Only game programs crash? Have you tried a different video card? Swap out ram? How hot does your computer get? How big is your page file and where are they? What else are you running with the game or just the game itself?

256M, yes only games. No and no because it worked fine before. about 50 on full load. page file: 250, on main drive c: (where windows is) The usual backgroung things: ICQ, BlackICE, Webshots and FlashGeT
