I'm building my daughter a PC, I got a Mars Gaming MC777 tower case, chosen because she loved the infinity mirror lights, and then an Asus B450-pkus motherboard as the Case states it is Asus Aura Sync compatible.

I've got it mostly set up but have no idea where to plug in the case ARGB leads. The motherboard has a 4 pin 12v RGB header, the case has a VDG cable, coming out of a 3 pin (4 with 1 blanked) plug. I have no clue where to plug this in? Our do I need some kind of adapter?

The 3 pin header is 5 volt and will not work in a 12 volt 4 pin header.
