Hi, I’ve got an Antec DP501 with built in lighting strips on the front of the case, apparently you’re supposed to plug one of two cables in to get them working but I can’t find where you’re supposed to connect them to? Motherboard’s a Gigabyte Z390 UD, apparently one of the cables is for Gigabyte motherboards only excluding my model so confused

Your MB does NOT have a 3 PIN ARGB (5V) header so you can NOT connect the ARGB LEDs to your MB.
Look at page 14:

You will need to buy an ARGB controller to use those 5V 3 pin ARGB LED strips.
Like this or a similar controller:

Or you can buy some 4 pin (12V) RGB LED strips and connect them to the MB header.
