Ark FPS Drops

I just built a new pc with an i5 6500 r9 380 and it runs fine, just every time i turn around i get a fps drop from 40, then when i turn it goes to 14 fps then back up to 40 its so annoying an unplayable how do i fix please help!

What are your graphics settings? Some of the articles on here are suggesting that Ark just kills framerates - I think someone called it the new Crysis

I've read the game has issues like this so not sure if there's a fix.

The best thing would be to drop everything as low as possible then increase a few settings at a time to see what the main cause of the issue is.
