ARK Survival Evolved helppp!

So yesterday I bought ARK and today I woke up and It was installed so I got in the game and when my game is loading i get 5 fps and then when I got in the one server graphic look terrible and I get low fps!
My pc Specs:
XFX Radeon R9 270
AMD Kaveri 7600
8gb ram

Did you turn downt the graphics settings all the way?

ARK is a CPU and GPU bound game, and extremely punishing for both. and your CPU is very weak in general, and your GPU is very weak for ARK.
