ARK Survival Evolved or Rocket League?

The steam autumn sale is on. Both games are going for pretty much the same price. I simply want an awesome online experience. Which one of the two should I buy?

Ark is not an awesome online experience - yet !!
There are too many current problems to recommend.

Rocket league is absolutely awesome if its the type of game you like - both single & multiplayer.

I picked Rocket League and I am having crazy fun even if my friends are not playing it, even if people are not voice chatting. The game on its own is pretty intense!
