Arkham City Crashes Fighting Mr.Freeze

Hi,
I was playing Batman: Arkham City (v1.0.0.0). But when it came to defeating Mr.Freeze after he made the cure, game crashed.
It either crashes in the 3rd or 4th knockout. And gives this error message. Then appears this crash report

My rig is:
intel i3-3220
Asus nvidia GT610 (nVidia 355.98)

Anyway to fix it?

Probably due to your system spec, which is WAY below the minimum required.

Your GPU has about 1/7th the Passmark score of the minimum required GTX 460.

Well... I played it before, until stealing Tyger encryption key. I even finished Arkham Origins. And all the other games work fine, too. Including NFS Rivals, Dying Light, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, And Resident Evil Revelations 2.
Is it possible that the game is buggy?

Be realistic, you don't even have hardware suitable for gaming period, let alone the types of games you're talking about.

But I'm asking about Arkham City, not Arkham Knight.

I know, but it would just be a little less of a slide show with City, because it hitches a lot while gliding on low spec, and even lags and stutters badly in the abandoned apartments map.

Even City runs at less than 20 FPS average with a 710m, using all Low settings, and that's not good enough to get smooth gameplay.

I've played all of those games, and I know how demanding they are. There's a reason devs list required minimum spec. Ignoring such recommendations is not wise.
