Arkham Origins microstutter

Hi, I have noticed I have microstutter on Arkham Origins when turning the camera, I have opened FRAPS and MSI Afterburner but it doesn't read the stutter as a frame rate drop. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing the graphics drivers and the game.
My specs are a GTX 780 SC ACX, an Intel i5 4670K, 3 case fans, and 8GB of RAM.

Have you tried turning off v-sync? I have the game and i had some stuttering but after turning off v-sync it got better..

If it was v sync wouldn't it affect all games? Another thing is it fixes it temporarily if I switch it to windowed mode then back to full screen.

Have you tried re-installing the drivers or making sure your drivers are up to date

change setting from adaptive performance to maximum performance, hope that helps
