I've recently become heavily interested in the ARMA Wasteland mod and was wondering if somebody would be able to put together a build for me?

My budget would be a flexible $700

Too bad I can't add in a CPU cooler :x might be loud of you use stock fan
You can get the r7 260x Gigabyte instead. It's $15 cheaper and performs about the same as the 750 TI
