If you wanted to overclock you would need to get an aftermarket cooler. If you don't ever plan to overclock then you could save a few bucks by changing out the CPU and Mobo for the non-OC versions. The gtx 770 is pretty powerful, should run Arma 3 at ultra 60+ FPS.

Edit: Also no OS included in the build.
