Arma 3 DLC Issue?!?

So i bought the Arma 3 Deluxe edition for 32.50$ a couple days ago since it was 50% off, and i have the option to download Arma: Cold War Assault but when i go to multiplayer and try to use DLC stuff, for instance on an Exile server i tried to use one of the Marksmen DLC ghillie suits but the icons pop up all over the place and it gives me the option to buy the DLC. Please help me!

Actually to add onto that, steam is not even saying that i have the DLC???? It says that i have the maps, soundtrack, zeus ETC. but the DLC isnt there... but i have Arma Cold War Assault? Wth?

NEVERMIND I had an idiot moment- Digital Deluxe does NOT come with the DLC. Extended Edition does. My bad.
