Arma 3 FPS Problems

Hey Guys.
So I bought Arma 3 lately and have been playing, but when I look towards a little camp or a city my fps drops from 70-80 to 20 and it's not very comfortable to play.
This problem may be to do with my PC SPECS or maybe it's the game, I am not sure.

Here are my specs -
GTX 960 2GB GPU
AMD A8-6600K 3.9GHz CPU
8GB RAM
EVGA SUPERNOVA 650 G2 PSU
F2A55M-HD2 MOTHERBOARD

It's either the graphics card or the CPU.

The game is very demanding on the CPU though what you describe sounds more like the GPU is insufficient for the SETTINGS you chose (game is not well optimized).

I don't know what to suggest other than dropping the game settings.

You cpu is quite a bit below what I would call good enough to play arma. Arma is extremely cpu intensive and a a8 simply isn't enough to handle the game at any settings.

+1 cpu is not suited for the needs and need to be changed.
Also Arma 3 is poorly optimized. Most of the time you have fps drop in city or around a lot of people.

The GPU is good enough for this game @ 1080 but getting old.
What temps are you getting when playing ?
