Arma 3 frame stutter (high fps)

Build: i7 4770k
Gtx 980
Z87-g41 motherboard
750w psu
16gb ram

I get smooth gameplay during single player. But when I try playing multiplayer I get stutter every few seconds while recieving good frames. It has resulted in arma 3 being in an unplayae state.

I heard it could be the battle eye client or an antivirus doing it.

Any help?

What kind of servers are you playing on, what settings are you playing with and what resolution is your monitor?

Well I try invade&annex servers, wasteland, and realism tact servers.

I try all the settings. Even on the lowest possible settings i get frame atutter which is odd.
I have a 1080p monitor.

I run every other game except arma 3 perfectly normal.

Temperature could become an issue then. I had major frame stuttering when I played on High/Ultra and my 3570k reached around 60-65 degrees celcius. I had to get some more fans and a new CPU cooler. That solved it for me, but it could be a new issue completely for you.

In steam right click on Arma 3, go to properties, local files and then click on 'Verify Files'

If this downloads new files then it could be a file or two that had been causing the issues. Otherwise I am all out of ideas. Hope this helped!

My pc runs an average of 34C so i doubt it aha.

But I will try that at least.

But can anyone else help please? I'd appreciate it tons.

Did you fix your problem? I have the exact same problem. +
i-5 4690k and AMD r9 390x with stable temps.
