Arma 3 graphics card?

So I've built my first PC with an APU so most of my games run alright in low settings. I haven't had enough money to get my graphics card yet (priorities and what-not). I'm in an Arma 3 realism "clan" or whatever you want to call it and I was looking for a budget card. My sweet spot would be somewhere in the $100-$150 range. I was looking at a 270 or 270x but saving up to afford one would take a bit. I need something to play like Arma 3 or DayZ on medium maybe high. And with a lot of people on a server.

I watched Linus's videos on the budget war, and what is your guys' take on used cards from ebay or craigslist? Say i bought a new 270 for 160$ whereas i could find a used 280 for the same price? Would you guys think thats worth it?

270x should be fine when u have good cpu!

hard question. Me personally if I know the guy, yes I do it or if there is +1 year warranty left, I will also do it.
It s a risk and when u on a budget and the card breaks after 9mionths and u have no warranty left? what hen? Will u be in a better financial situation in 6 months? If sure, maybe i take the risk. If it looks like my financial situation doesn t change in next time, no I would go for the weaker card with warrasnty, just in case the used card is a bad buy and than I will be there with nothin and no hope for new...
If the 270 couldn t handle what i wonna use it for and let s say a 280x i can get used would be perfekt for the games I wonna play, than disisson gets very hardcore...

Is it not an option to save an other 1-2months and than new 300er series should be out and propably price drop and u can buy better card?
But I guess u wonna play as fast as possible with your clan so this propably not an option...

Saving could wait a month or so, thats the window as it is. I should've mentioned that! But definitely some great advice thanks!
