DO NOT think that you are going to get 60 fps in arma 3 (or any arma for that matter) multiplayer by buying a better CPU or GPU. you will get a few more fps maybe, but you will not be able to run it on 60 fps, becase the game has DESIGN FLAWS. it utilizes a small fraction of your CPU and GPU and is not designed to use multicore CPUs. you can test to what i am saying by installing a performance monitor software and see how low your CPU/GPU load is and on how low temperatures they run while playing arma 3 multiplayer. than go try the same test on battlefield 4 and see your CPU/GPU load while playing battlefield 4 multiplayer. this will lead you to the conclusion that arma 3 is a game with design flaws and prevent you from spending thousands of USD on overpriced hardware. do the tests for yourself, it sucks but its the truth. arma 3 is an unoptimized piece of garbage.
