ARMA 3, my specs

so i've been looking at other threads and none of the solutions have helped me, i've built my own pc but am still a noob -_- sorry. but i get low fps even on standard settings, vsync is off and ive watched multiple videos on it. i have updated drivers and my rig is as following:

video card: AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
8 gigs of ram

i have been told multiple times that it should run it fine, but it doesn't. i think i may have a bottleneck but im still a noob. so if you have help on my pc instead of arma i will gladly accept it as well! please and thank you.

How many FPS do you get?
At 3.2Ghz you should be getting ~30fps in the thick of it.

Did you plug the monitor into the GPU? Sometimes new builders accidentally plug the monitor into the motherboard and end up getting a lot less performance than they thought they would.

Thank you SSOOOOOO much i feel like a noob but i an finaly run it at 110 fps! i am so grateful
