Arma 3 playable?

Hi Guys,

Got a question: Could i run Arma 3 on either of the following setups?

Setup 1:
A10-5800K @ 4,3Ghz
HD7660D (APU)
6GB RAM
(1024x768)

Setup2:
Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2,5GHz
AMD Radeon R7 240
4GB RAM
(1280x1024)

maybe, but not well, or on particularly high settings.

Singleplayer yes, multiplayer no. Arma runs on a very poorly optimized engine and requires both high end CPU and GPU.
