Arma 3 time to upgrade??

Hi first off thx for visiting my post and try to help me out.I m thinking about upgrading my gpu recently but I cannot find a good choice between 780,780ti,960,970,980 and 980ti,the prices r also a big difference so I need sgome advise before I buy.Thx alot for your help.

i5-4690k
Asus z97-pro (wifi-ac)
Asus Gtx750ti oc 2gb
HyperX 8gb DDR3
WD 500gb hdd
Cooler Master V650

P.S.: I bought this computer last November.should I wait or upgrade it right now?

Whats your budget and what kind of performance are you looking to get? Do you only play arma?

I dont a budget right now I will save up to the point where I can buy the gpu I want.I do play csgo,tf2,ksp and bf4 other than arma I want to get above 60fps for arma3 I dont really care about the others.

You want to play ArmA 3 and dont have a SSD? Huge mistake.
Other than that a 970 will get you around 50-60 FPS, provided your CPU is fast enough. ArmA 3 likes fast CPUs and many threads more than fast GPUs. Even an i7-4790k would be justified.

Arma hates AMD cpu's I think their gpu's perform okay in arma. Well I would probably recommend a gtx 970 or an r9 390 both should be in the 300-400 dollar range and should come pretty close to maxing arma at 60fps you may have to turn down a few settings to keep it at a constant 60fps, Arma isn't the most optimized game in the world so don't expect 60fps at all times, with any card there will be dips especially in cities or towns.

So ill need to buy a ssd (wat size) and a 970 any recommendations on wat brand and how about cpu?
