Arma III upgrade help

So i want to make a upgrade to plaay arma 3 better. yeah i know its bad optimize but still,
My pc specs are i3 4160 3.6 ghz
Geforce 950 2GB
8 RAM

I was thinking about buying a geforce 970 4GB or should i buy other cpu. About cpu who would be more worth in terms of performance/money i was thinking about i5 4690K or i7 4790K or a Fx 9590 8 core

yeah, you can get a great 970 and an i7... but what's your budget?

for future-proof, get AMD R9 390 which have 8gb vram than GTX 970 4gb vram (3.5gb actually). because next gen game will used up more vram.
