Hello.

I am a bit confused..... One day I have my armor level at 62 and then the
next time I play my armor level is at 41.... I am not encumbered or burdened
and all my attributes are normal. What gives?

Does armor have regional effects...i.e.., ordinator armor is stronger in
ordinator controlled areas (just one thought)

It is probably damaged. The formula for each piece's contribution to your
armor class is:

Armor Rating of Item * Item's Percantage toward total Armor Rating *
(Current Condition of Item / Maximum Condition of Item)

For example, if your Cuirass, which counts 40% toward your total armor
class, has an armor rating of 75, a current condition of 412, and a maximum
condition of 800, it will add 75 * .40 * (412 / 800) = 15.45 to your armor
class. If it were in peak condition, it would add 75 * .40 * (800 / 800) =
30 to your total armor class.

Pay to have it repaired, or buy some armorer's hammers and repair it
yourself.
