Connected PCIE cord from my power supply to my Graphics card, Insert it properly, but no display coming from the Rx HDMI, only the motherboard.

The fans are spinning and I'm pretty sure I connected it properly. Any possible solutions?

My PSU is a Corsair VS650. It's a brand new Graphics Card. Also I believe my motherboard supports a graphics card, its a 9th gen motherboard.

Specs are:
-Corsair Carbide Spec-05 Case
-Intel i5 9600k CPU
-Asus Prime Z370 A-II Motherboard
-Msi Radeon RX 570 Graphics Card
-Corsair VS650 Power Supply
-1TB Seagate Firecuda HDD
-8GB G-Skill Ripjaws DDR4 RAM

Do you have the latest BIOS installed on your system ? The last BIOS version is 0801, dated 2019/05/15. Is your motherboard's onboard graphics working fine, without the GPU ? Also, please try to reset/clear all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default as well, if need be.

Even though the VS650 isn't the very best of power supplies, it should at least give the signal/display, imo. Which Monitor do you have ? Maybe try using the Display port/DL-DVID of the RX 570, assuming yoru monitor supports it.
