Howdy -

Just noticed that the newest version of Army Builder from wolflair
is out - for those of you in RGMW land that might be interested. I'm
looking forward to giving it a try as I like version 2, and I'm hoping
it's even easier to create data files with V3.

It's interesting looking but they have not yet released the developer
toolkit, at least not on their website. Until I can develop my own
files (or at least fix the bugs in others) then it will be V2 for me.
Once they get that toolkit out then I'll get excited. ;-)

Richard

Understandable. Thought they do note that you can email them and
they'll send you the beta developer toolkit, and they're hoping to have
the 1.0 toolkit out in a couple of weeks - keep your fingers crossed.

#1582. I think they call it Warhammer "40K" because that is how
much you are going to have to make per year in order to play.

The hooks for an inventory management system are what excites me. I'm
hoping that it will be soon and that we've got enough people interested
here to start inputting GW catalogues.

I'm definitely interested.
I think I'll surf over there and upgrade.

Early adopters do it sooner!

I noticed this the other night when I tried to download the demo. More
accurately, when I installed the demo and the 40k files I found for it
weren't working. 3.0 will not work with 2.x data files, and I wasn't able
to find any 40k file for it the other night.

Granted, it was about 36 hours after it was released, and as it has been
stated already, no devkit yet. I'll be looking for 40k support before I
invest 30 bucks in it. Version 2 demo works sweet, though. Seems like a
very good tool.

Still waiting on that 40k data file 😛 Hope they have it out soon.
