Around 900$ Canadian Gaming PC Build (Need Help) (Manitoba)

Hey guys, so recently I decided to start saving my money mowing lawns, I made about 850$. I am trying to see if I can get anything half decent for a gaming PC. I literally need everything and I'd rather be able to go to a store and find the parts than order them online. If someone can please help me out anything would be delightful. I'm also looking to do some light streaming and recording on CSGO and or Fortnite. If one of you "experts" can help me figure out a good PC build, that would be much appreciated.

A video card I would love to include into this build is a RX 580. *I need to purchase this also*.

Here is an idea, no way you get a 580 with that budget right now. This setup gets you a decent APU for now and you can save more money and buy a better GPU later.

Something like this will run any modern titles with some exceptions. The keyboard and mouse combo I put in there is one I actually have and it has great RGB backlighting on the keyboard and some RGB on the mouse, and it also often goes on sale on amazon for around $35, which is what I got it for. Forget what bmockeg said, this is actually a solid build, and will be able to run most games at 60+ FPS but will also serve as a great workstation if you choose.
